Michael was a fourth generation plumber who is now the Founder and President of MJSI, Inc. and the inventor of the HydroClean®. Filing his original patent in 2000 for the TurbuJet™, Michael continued to make improvements on existing fill valve designs and other new product technologies so that MJSI now has eleven issued of pending patents.. He is currently working on numerous water conservation products that will expand the MJSI portfolio into new markets. Michael had been an owner of Schuster & Son Plumbing since joining in the mid-80s then retiring from active service in 2004 to devote his attention to MJSI on a full-time basis. He is currently involved in numerous charitable organizations in his community and was featured in the 100 Year Celebration of the Big Brothers & Big Sisters through his extensive involvement in the organization.
Rich comes to MJSI after a successful career in Management Consulting and small business start-up and management. After receiving his MBA, Rich set out to acquire as much management, marketing and finance experience as possible by helping Fortune 100 companies cope with strategic decisions, new product launch and various business implementation. After 6 years and over 50 client engagements, Rich decided it was time to use his experiences to help start and grow businesses. Rich has always loved the growth side of business and brings his broad range of experience to the strategic planning and management of MJSI.
Jim Coretti has had extensive experience in some of MJSI's key markets. His expertise is perfectly tailored to meeting MJSI's corporate sales goals as they increase their aggressive sales goals. Jim develops and implements key account strategies while managing sales teams and ensuring cohesive and dynamic promotional activity and materials. Coretti comes from Suncast Corporation where he worked as national sales manager, managing accounts with major hardware retailers. Prior to that, Coretti was regional sales manager at Desa International and American Tack & Hardware.
Responsible for the expansion of the MJSI water conservation product portfolio, Doug is a 25-year veteran in tooling and engineering. Saunders comes to MJSI from Panduit Corporation where he served as project toolmaker and mechanical designer for fixture and assembly tooling design, automated lifecycle testing and the design and creation of rapid prototypes. Prior to that he worked in tooling and engineering at P.I.C. Molding, Inc. and Chicago Mold Engineering, Inc.
