MJSI Expands Sales Team and Product Training Outreach

Shorewood, IL, April 23, 2010 -- MJSI, Inc., maker of a suite of water conservation products, has announced the expansion of its North American sales team with the hiring of two new sales managers and the creation of a new sales training capability.

Bill Fleener joins MJSI as the national sales manager for wholesale accounts in the United States and Canada.  In this position, Fleener will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for the company’s wholesale accounts including plumbing contractors and accounts in the hospitality, property management, health and government markets. 

Anthony Antol was hired as the national sales manager for retail accounts, including Canada. In this position, Antol will be responsible for developing and implementing key account strategies in the retail and hardware retail sectors. 

Jim Wright, formerly the company’s wholesale sales manager, will now hold the newly created position of sales training manager. Wright’s responsibilities will include the development of a comprehensive, interactive training program for plumbers and property managers.  

Fleener, Antol and Wright will report to Jim Coretti, MJSI’s national sales manager.

Expanding the sales team means that we can fully meet the needs of our existing and future customers. It also means that MJSI can aggressively expand into new markets that we believe have incredible opportunities for new revenue in the coming year.” 

Fleener comes most recently from Paul Hemmer Companies, in Fort Mitchell, KY, where he was a senior salesperson for the company’s retail portfolio. His prior experience includes holding the position of vice president, sales and marketing for IRIS, USA, Inc. He has a Master’s of Arts, Education from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Antol worked most recently at Senco Brands in Chicago as the director, field sales and national account. Prior to that, he was the senior national account manager for Makita, USA, Inc. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University in Youngstown Ohio.
