Troubleshooting (click on subject to display the answer below)

- My flapper is not seating properly on the flush valve
- Check the chain connecting the flapper to the toilet handle. We suggest the link be one link loose. Any tighter and the flush valve will be extended up and any looser may cause the flapper to seat on the chain, preventing it from sealing.
- There are two ways to install the flapper. Either around the overflow tube or around the brackets (or ears) on the overflow tube. If you installed the flapper around the brackets (or ears), you will need to cut the back part off of the flapper where it says “CUT”.
